Our close support is offered providing customers wherever the location and whatever the operational circumstances. TES are focused in maximizing Clients rental or sales investment, to ensure the equipment performs as specified and that operators are trained to reach full potential.

Offshore Field Support

All our engineers are formally qualified and undergo extensive manufacturers training in the operation and service of our equipment. Our experienced engineers are committed to completing our Client’s demands and the requirement to minimise any downtime and overall project cost reductions. We are continually updating skills and expanding tools to meet both the engineering team and clients' ongoing needs. Our team of engineering professionals holds the extensive knowledge and has the proven experience necessary to work in the demanding offshore marine environment under challenging conditions. Operations undertaken may also involve Installation; System Commissioning and Acceptance Trials.


Onsite Maintenance Support

TES offer the capability for travelling engineering and surveying staff to be based locally at client facilities to assist directly in equipment preparation, mobilisation or ongoing equipment maintenance, In addition regular inspection visits can be scheduled contributing to a formal Maintenance Plan for a number of supplied equipment including acoustic sensors and sonar systems.


In-house Technical Support

Our fully qualified engineers work to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 maintaining the quality and high standards expected of our products and services. Prior to rental or sale, each product is subject to rigorous testing and calibration procedures, in accordance with manufactures specifications and our own strict quality control system.


Calibration Services

TES is able to offer this calibration service through our partner company Ashtead Technology for the following, Valeport, SV, and CTD sensors, Tritech Bathy, Digiquartz and Valeport pressure sensors, Sonardyne, strain guage and digiquartz end-caps. Customised Support Solutions

Supported by TES partner companies TES are able to provide engineering and product development teams to travel to client offices or onsite locations. This can involve both hardware and software development. Utilising tools such as CAD and SolidWorks through partners, TES can offer turnkey packages combining rental equipment with bespoke engineering solutions. Recent projects include deployment systems for USBL and Multibeam sonar applications, diver and ROV gyro deployment frames comprising remote display and acoustic modem link, development of towed survey equipment, transponder and CTD deployment winches.
